We feel strongly that preparing and practicing yoga continuously is the key to mastering and having the most transforming experience in our 15 Day Intensive Training Course. Let's get started! Listen to this Audio. Get into the Private Membership Site and have a good look around. Make sure to write down your user name and password in a safe place. Begin to enjoy certain parts of the training site and write down all your questions in a notebook. The key to great yoga practice is continuity. Enjoy what you are doing and keep up the great work!

Keep all your questions together for our coaching calls. Feel free to contact me during office hours, Tuesday morning from 9-11am. Email claytonyogastudio@gmail.com or call 314-630-1677 direct.

Early Preparation is Key!

Clayton Yoga believes early preparation is one of the great keys to success in this field of study. Before the start of each yoga teacher training course, it is required therefore, that every student complete the following pre-course work.Next step is to purchase your materials. To purchase all recommended prep materials and review (cost $90). They are five materials in total to acquire. Yin Yoga, Paul Grilley, Anatomy of Yoga by Paul Grilley, Ashtanga by David Swenson and Yoga Nidra Audio by Richard Miller. And finally, Bhagavad Gita by Stephen Mitchell. The links to purchase these materials are listed here: http://claytonyogainternational.com/course-preparation/.

Now, print out the Yoga Manual. Start to read through the very interesting pages and exercises that follow. It is not required but certainly helpful to print out and bind together all 200 pages! We know you are going to absolutely love this beautiful added resource to the site which cites many key expert authorities on the topics of yoga and wellness.

Another cool and helpful link to review is: www.claytonyogainternational.com/curriculum.

Here you will find simple and most direct language to help you learn the material one lesson at a time. With lots of one to one support, honest feedback, and encouragement, you will find as the course develops, and the eight building blocks are taught, greater self confidence and understanding for your own unique style!
