Testimonials

I enjoyed our talks at Starbucks and the guest speakers are incredible. I loved the resources, videos, parts of the group sharing, connectedness, and brainstorming. The anatomy portion of the training is great and hearing about options for what one could do with their training post-certification. I know a lot more now and I am ready to know more! I enjoyed the inversions too!!

The instructor is incredibly knowledgeable and has almost 20 years of experience. I felt very comfortable in her capable and expert hands. She has the unique ability to bring together a group of strong students and prepare them for the world of teaching yoga. She was able to provide a safe space for all of us to gather, share, connect, and grow. My teacher-training experience was unforgettable. I am extremely blessed to have had this opportunity and am incredibly grateful for the bonds that were forged during this time. The instructor is warm, caring, and inviting to students of all levels. She makes the program fun and accessible for anyone. I loved my experience!!!!

I liked talking about sequences with our partners and practicing the sequences. I enjoyed the information guest speakers presented. I also enjoyed the advice and the information presented. Everything has been wonderful. In the final presentations, everyone did great and I can’t believe we all did it!
Joanna Lane

I learned the inversions and learning the sanskrit. I want to work in a yoga studio and work as a chiropractor for awhile. Then, my goal is to combine the both and offer a really awesome chiropractic and yoga center!

3 thoughts on “Corporate Yoga

  1. Corporate enviornments have been difficult to keep a consistent practice. In my experience, people are gun ho but it fizzles because of meetings, urgent issues, etc. If the business advocates personal growth then perhaps management will champion taking an hour twice a week to practice.

  2. Corporate yoga is an wonderful benefit to staff and I see how it is a great investment in positive work environment and productivity.

  3. In a perfect world the corporation would give employees time to do yoga during the work day; however, as in all facets of life, the responsibility remains with the individual to make time for his or her own personal well-being. Yoga can be a part of the morning if and when a person decides to leave early and practice yoga rather than sit in traffic. The same applies after work. Lunch can be a hand full of nuts and some dried fruit, and the time can be used to practice yoga. Even a homemaker must find time in the day to do yoga. Taking care of our bodies is our own responsibility, and we must make the time to do it. ChrisW
