  1. Who am I? gave me a better perspective on how to show who I am as I person and how my students can relate with me as a teacher.

  2. I listened to Simon Sinek…people buy WHY? My why = I can heal my life with whole nutrition, movement, and meditiation while being gentle and patient with myself.

  3. As I begin to put down to paper my “Passionate Why”, I know it will be helpful for me and perhaps other to know my story. I liked the statement, people buy why, because it really is true. Teachers have a huge influence on their students. Teachers inspire us, motivate us and encourage us to our best each time we are together.

  4. It is always thought provoking to understand and validate one’s journey.

  5. It is very valuable that each person has their own “Why” and that while we are all different, being relatable is something you can bring to the table as a teacher. The fact everyone has a different “Why” is what makes it so opportunistic!
